Kiawah Island Beachwalker Park is on the ten best beaches in the US. It is located on the southern end of Kiawah Island just 25 miles from Charleston. You can golf, play tennis, kayak, canoe, bird watch, bike on the beach or take a nature tour. This is a public beach with showers, restrooms, a boardwalk, picnic areas and parking. There are lifeguards on duty during the tourist season too. A nice place to spend a day in the sun and surf.
