We are also only minutes away from Myrtle Beach State Park, Hard Rock Theme Park, Broadway at the Beach, House of Blues, Coastal Grand Mall, and the Carolina Opry. Complimentary pass to State Parks is available. Market Common Suites by ResortQuest is an entirely smoke free property. All property units feature full kitchens, flat screen TVs and washer/dryers in each unit. Dining options available include several restaurants to choose from. Guests must be 25 years of age to check-in and there is on site parking for motor homes and trailers. The property are vacation rentals and no daily housekeeping is provided however a washer/dryer is provided in each unit. Check-in address is 1232 Farrow Pkwy Suite B Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Office hours are from 8am-5pm Mon-Sat. Please note that a departure cleaning fee of USD 72.00 including tax will be charged after check-out. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. Minimum age required at check in is 25 years old. Please note that there is no on-site parking for motor homes or trailers. If arriving after hours please call the resort at 877-869-5962.
